Two Step Performance Titanium Exhaust Stud Kit (7-Piece) for Honda 1.5T and 2.0T

Factory exhaust studs on Honda’s turbo platforms are known for seizing and snapping during service. Two Step Performance addresses this with Grade 5 Titanium (6Al-4V) replacement studs. Each kit includes a matching number of washers and 12-point nuts. The titanium hardware is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and significantly easier to work with compared to factory steel studs.

This 7-piece kit covers two connection points: the turbocharger-to-downpipe flange (4 studs) and the downpipe-to-frontpipe flange (3 studs). The fitment is the same for all Honda 1.5L turbo and 2.0L turbo applications. Available in Raw or Burnt titanium finish.

Note: This hardware kit cannot be used for the downpipe-to-frontpipe connection on the 27WON Downpipe, but it will work for the turbo-to-downpipe connection. Some 1.5T applications may have a possible incompatibility at the frontpipe-to-downpipe connection. Contact Two Step Performance if you need their HEDP-specific hardware for that connection.

• Cannot be used for the downpipe-to-frontpipe connection on the 27WON Downpipe (turbo-to-downpipe connection is compatible)

• Some 1.5T applications may have a possible incompatibility at the FP-to-DP connection. Contact Two Step Performance for HEDP-specific hardware if needed.
